I do think the quality of my work output has generally been good, though as part of &quot;staying off the radar&quot; I have worked consciously to manage my supervisors expectations so that they don&#039;t expect more of me than I can deliver on and stay on my &quot;mommy track&quot;.  That said, generally I tried to deliver something of value, something of significant assistance to my boss and my team to better justify letting me set my own terms for my &quot;rules of engagement&quot;.</description>
